Because our products are instant digital downloads and access links (Canva templates), all sales are final. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and access to the digital assets/links has been delivered.

Unlike physical products, digital items cannot be returned or revoked once delivered.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same template pack twice in a single transaction or within 24 hours, contact us with both order numbers, and we will refund the duplicate charge.

  • Corrupted or Broken File Links: If an access link is permanently broken or non-functional, and our support team is unable to fix or replace the link within 48 hours of your request.

3. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • Changing your mind after purchasing or downloading the files.

  • Not reading the product description prior to purchase (e.g., expecting physical items instead of digital Canva templates).

  • Incompatibility due to not having or not wanting to create a free Canva account.

  • Lack of technical ability or software knowledge required to edit templates in Canva.

4. Technical Support & Assistance

If you run into any issues accessing, opening, or downloading your files:

  1. Please check your order confirmation email (including your Spam or Promotions folder).

  2. Contact our support team at [your-support-email@templitor.com] with your Order Number.

We are happy to assist you and ensure you get full access to your purchased templates!

5. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Unlawful chargebacks or fraudulent claims submitted through payment providers will result in immediate revocation of license rights, disabling of template access links, and reporting to relevant fraud prevention networks.
